We provide high-quality braided copper busbars made of Cu-ETP oxygen-free copper, featuring excellent flexibility, heat dissipation, fatigue resistance and strong conductivity for railway, switchgear and electrical connection applications.

The braided copper busbar is woven from multiple strands of fine Cu-ETP wire, with pressure-welded or crimped terminals at both ends. Unlike laminated types, the braided structure allows true 360° movement — bending, twisting, and absorbing vibration in any direction without fatigue. Single wire diameter ranges from 0.05mm to 0.2mm, cross-sectional areas from 0.2mm² to 300mm². The large exposed surface area of the braid also accelerates heat dissipation, keeping temperature rise low even under sustained high current. The right choice wherever connections must flex, move, or survive continuous vibration.
We are always here to help with any questions regarding braided copper busbars and flexible conductor solutions.
Woven from fine Cu-ETP wire and terminated with pressure-welded or crimped ends, our braided copper busbars handle movement, vibration, and flex that rigid conductors simply cannot — without fatigue, without failure.
