The majority of our conductors are manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper (≥99.95% Cu), delivering electrical conductivity of ≥97% IACS. Surface plating — including tin, silver, and nickel — can be applied to enhance corrosion resistance, solderability, or contact performance without compromising bulk conductivity.

Yes. Custom fabrication is a core part of our service. We accept orders based on technical drawings, CAD files, physical samples, or detailed written specifications. Parameters including cross-sectional dimensions, layer count, overall length, bend geometry, hole patterns, terminal type, and surface finish are all fully configurable.
