We provide tin, nickel and silver plated busbars with high conductivity, corrosion resistance and enhanced durability for reliable electrical connections in power transmission and railway applications.

A plated busbar is a copper conductor — rigid or flexible — with a uniform metallic coating applied to the contact surfaces or full body after fabrication. The plating layer does not change the mechanical form of the busbar but fundamentally alters its surface behaviour: oxidation resistance, contact resistance, solderability, and long-term stability all depend on the plating choice. Our plated busbars use high-purity Cu-ETP or C11000 copper (≥99.95%) as the substrate, with tin, silver, or nickel plating applied to the specified thickness and coverage. Standard and custom dimensions are available; plating can be applied to full-body, contact-area-only, or terminal-only configurations depending on the application requirement.
We are always here to help with any questions regarding plated busbars and surface treatment solutions.
High-purity copper substrate, precision-controlled plating thickness, and full inspection documentation — our plated busbars maintain stable low contact resistance from commissioning through the full service life of the installation.
