We produce premium copper connectors featuring superior electrical conductivity, reliable connection and long service life, widely applied for power transmission, electrical equipment assembly and industrial wiring systems.

A copper connector is a formed or machined copper component that joins two conductors — busbars, cables, or terminals — into a continuous low-resistance electrical path. Where a busbar carries current along a run, a connector makes the joint: accommodating offset, angle, or size transition between the conductors it bridges. Our connectors are manufactured from high-purity Cu-ETP or C11000 copper (≥99.95%), formed to the required geometry by pressing, machining, or a combination of both. Surface finish options include bare, tin, silver, and nickel plating. Standard lugs, offset connectors, transition pieces, and fully custom profiles are available to drawing or sample.
We are always here to help with any questions regarding copper connectors and busbar jointing solutions.
Pressed, machined, or formed to your drawing — our copper connectors make every busbar joint precise, low-resistance, and built to last, whether the requirement is a standard lug or a complex three-dimensional transition piece.
