Flexible Copper Busbar

We supply braided copper busbars and laminated copper busbars, manufactured from high-purity Cu-ETP and C11000 copper (≥99.95%). Available in cross-sectional areas from 0.2mm² to 5000mm², with surface finishes including bare, tin, nickel, and silver plating. Both standard and fully custom dimensions are supported.

Braided copper busbars are made from multiple strands of fine Cu-ETP wire, offering 360° flexibility, excellent vibration resistance, and superior heat dissipation — ideal for frequent movement or vibration-heavy environments. Laminated copper busbars are made from stacked C11000 copper foils with welded ends, providing extremely high current-carrying capacity, a flat contact surface, and robust structural integrity for high-current static installations.

Our flexible copper busbars are widely used in medium and low voltage circuit breakers, high and low voltage switchgear, transformers, power distribution cabinets, electric vehicles and EV charging infrastructure, battery energy storage systems, electrolytic industries (aluminium, zinc, copper), electroplating, and rail traction applications.

Yes. We accept orders based on technical drawings, CAD files, or physical samples. Parameters including length, width, thickness, layer count, hole pattern, terminal shape, and surface finish are all fully configurable. Our engineering team supports both prototype development and high-volume production runs.

We offer bare copper, tin plating, nickel plating, and silver plating. Surface finish selection depends on the application environment: tin plating enhances solderability and corrosion resistance, silver plating improves contact performance at high temperatures, and nickel plating provides superior resistance to oxidation and harsh environments.

All flexible copper busbars are manufactured under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Standard documentation includes material certificates, conductivity and purity test reports, and dimensional inspection records. Extended testing such as current-carrying capacity verification and mechanical fatigue testing can be arranged on request.
